It is universally known that good and professional staff creates the image of a place, raising its prestige, arousing the guests' appreciation. By creating the Bartending Academy we aim at constant improvement of quality of service in Polish gastronomy.

The Flair Academy has three main objectives:
- to improve the professionalism of people working in Polish gastronomy,
- to show new ways and methods of working in a bar to bartenders, managers and restaurant-keepers,
- to change Polish drinking culture.

Instructors in the Flair Academy are always people actively working as bartenders. For many years they have been creating numerous programmes aimed at bartenders and participants of different all-Polish and international bartending competitions. They successfully conduct shows, presentations, and lectures on alcoholic commodities and mixology. The course of their careers and their successes guarantee professionalism, competence, as well as reliability of services provided.

Through our actions we strive to change the existing image of a bartender and create a new one, as well as add a little magic into Polish bartending.
